Motivated, passionate and flexible candidates are being sought for a new bar concept. Your area of responsibility would be: Preparation of the bar before the start of the shift (Mise en Place) Refilling drinks, spirits, ice and garnishes Providing glasses, bar tools and consumables Clearing and cleaning tables and the bar. Washing and polishing glasses Disposal of empty containers and waste Refilling refrigerators and stock Supporting the bartenders in the preparation of drinks Receiving and storing deliveries Monitoring and reporting low stock levels Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations Keeping the bar and work area clean Friendly interaction with guests and support with service at the counter.
