Are you enthusiastic about daily contact with people and do you love to advise and sell? Then training in retail is exactly right for you! During the three-year basic training, you will acquire the tools for a successful entry into the diverse world of retail at die Post. Your apprenticeship position is located in Zürich or Glattbrugg.   Information about the application process: In addition to your dossier, you will complete a short self-assessment of your personality and way of working. After submitting your application and provided that all information is complete, you will receive a link to this via e-mail. The dossier as well as your self-assessment will be considered together for the assessment.    Your training  • As a flagship of die Post, you are in daily contact with our customers in the branch; you advise our customers on the entire physical and digital product range at the counter and in the sales area.  • Receiving letters and parcels, making deposits and withdrawals, selling products and services or providing needs-oriented advice - your tasks are versatile and varied.  • die Post is increasingly positioning itself as a service center for partner companies such as insurance companies, banks and health insurance funds - here you have the opportunity to acquire further industry knowledge.  • The range of offers in the branches includes further products and services related to topics such as living, gifting and experiencing - you are right in the middle of it when it comes to supporting national and regional campaigns and creating diverse shopping experiences for the customers.  • You will receive the opportunity to acquire and deepen your professional practical skills in a team and in various branches.  • In intercompany and internal lessons, you link theory with experiences from practice.      What you bring with you  We are looking for young people with enthusiasm, joy and motivation, who want to make a difference and let themselves be inspired by new things.
