As the head of the warehouse logistics department, you assume responsibility for a central area of our value chain. You lead your team with clarity and enthusiasm, develop processes, and ensure that safety, quality, and productivity are lived on a daily basis.

Your responsibilities

• You lead and develop the warehouse logistics team professionally and personally.
• With your team, you ensure safe, efficient, and disturbance-free operation in the areas of goods receipt, warehouse, and internal logistics.
• You guarantee high delivery quality as well as the timely availability of our products.
• Your tasks include responsibility for stocks, warehouse organization, and material flow.
• You analyze key indicators and derive targeted improvement measures from them.
• In close collaboration with production, planning, transport management, and other interfaces, you ensure smooth processes.
• You promote a culture of responsibility, respect, and collaboration.
• You ensure compliance with safety, quality, and process standards.

What you bring

• You have a CFC training as a logistician as well as continuing education in the field of logistics, supply chain, or management.
• Several years of experience in a management position within a warehouse, logistics, or transport company completes your profile.
• You work safely and efficiently with ERP and warehouse management systems.
• You take pleasure in encouraging and developing employees.
• Analytical thinking as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working are among your strengths.
• You convince with your assertiveness, combined with consideration and team spirit.
• Your knowledge of German orally and in writing is very good.
