• Leadership of a neurological inpatient ward together with the team leader
• Active co-design and further development of the ward
• Coordination of ward operations

Your profile

• Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH
• Several years of professional and leadership experience, preferably in the medical field
• Completed leadership training or willingness to complete it
• Strong organizational talent
• Positive and appreciative attitude
• Solution-oriented thinking and acting
• Joy in the promotion and development of employees
• Experience in the implementation of changes
• Ability to develop sustainable solutions
