YOUR TASKS

• Ensure smooth administrative operations in radiology at Clinique Hirslanden Aarau
• Reception, registration and data entry of our patients
• Reception, registration and data entry of participants in the Clario mammography screening program on Saturdays
• Coordination of appointments as well as management of electronic patient files
• Preparation of documents and organization of documentary exchanges with medical practices and internal services (electronic)
• Management of the telephone switchboard with all related tasks
• Responsibility for the electronic archiving of data

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a medical assistant (MPA) or additional training as a medical secretary
• People in career change, particularly radiology specialists (RFP) interested in administrative tasks, are also welcome
• At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a practice or hospital, experience in radiology is desirable
• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday between 06:45 and 18:30; Saturday is a fixed working day, other interventions according to needs and planning
• Interest and pleasure in working with different computer systems (e.g. Nexus, Synedra, H-Net, Outlook)
• Assured mastery of MS Office; knowledge of SAP and Nexus is desirable but not mandatory
• Very good knowledge of German, both oral and written; other languages are an asset
• Friendly and service-oriented attitude
• Great flexibility, reliability and discretion
