Berne, Suisse \| 80-100% (jobsharing possible) What you can contribute <br /> • Technical support regarding execution to cantonal authorities and unemployment funds • Manage business processes for the sub-domains Annonces (préalables) RHT and INTEMP • Continuously develop the payment system and the Job-Room portal • Guarantee efficiency through design work • Accompany and guide execution bodies in operational and strategic matters • Lead initiatives and projects aimed at evolving business processes <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Professional diploma, ideally accompanied by continuing education (preferably at BF, ES or HES level, or equivalent training) in business, project or process management • Several years of professional and project experience in the field of ALV execution is an asset • You are a committed and stress-resistant person, possessing excellent interpersonal skills and a good ability to assert yourself. • You work autonomously and demonstrate a strong commitment. • You possess strong writing skills. • You have good active knowledge of two official languages, orally and in writing, as well as passive knowledge of the third. <br /> In a few words The labor directorate of SECO is part of the Confederation's competence center for all key issues relating to labor market policy and unemployment insurance. The Labor Market and Unemployment Insurance benefits center is responsible for the unemployment insurance law. Within the Labor Market and Reintegration sector, the Operational Support to unemployment funds group works at the confluence of execution bodies, insured persons, IT and policy. Its mandate includes, in particular, the development of strategies, the preparation of operational implementation and support to the execution bodies.
