Our customers are joinery shops, carpentry shops, and other wood-processing companies, primarily in Central Switzerland and the adjacent cantons as well as in Ticino.

Your area of responsibility and design:

You...

• advise our customers by telephone with your courteous and flexible manner
• together with your male and female colleagues, you are responsible for the entire quotation and sales processing in the interior fit-out sector
• ensure the operational daily business and the satisfaction of our customers
• regularly monitor your pending orders and quotations
• perform situational clarifications with suppliers
• handle general tasks related to advice and order processing
• support the field service administratively
• undertake occasional assignments in the showroom

You are carved from this wood:

You have/are...

• a wood-processing background, preferably as a joiner/carpenter, and have also completed commercial further training
• a sales personality with a can-do attitude
• sympathetic, convincing, and with the right feeling for customers - with a strong sales presence and clear communication
• proficient with the common Office programs - BC is an advantage
