Homologation Manager Rail Vehicles

You will lead sub-projects in the field of homologation for international homologation projects of modern rail vehicles and accompany the entire homologation process from development to commencement of operations.

Tasks

• Sub-project management for homologation in international homologation projects of rail vehicles
• Management of the homologation process from development to commencement of operations
• Management of changes and homologation procedures for already homologated vehicles
• Responsibility for homologation requirements and procedures as well as creation of homologation concepts
• Coordination with authorities, infrastructure operators, assessment bodies and experts
• Coordination with engineering specialist departments, type test management and other locations

Profile

• Completed studies (FH/ETH/TU) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering or comparable
• Experience in homologation and technical knowledge regarding rail vehicles is an advantage
• German language skills level B2 in spoken and written
• English language skills level B2 in spoken and written
• Other foreign languages such as Italian desirable
