Job Description ##

• Participate in the design of architectural projects
• Develop and update plans, sketches and project documents
• Work on all upstream phases of projects, from the preliminary design to the building permit
• Manage several projects simultaneously at different stages of their development
• Coordinate the necessary information with the various stakeholders on the construction site
• Monitor the progress of the work
• Prepare technical elements useful for the different phases

The Successful Applicant ##

• Degree in architecture or equivalent recognized in Switzerland
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position in Switzerland
• You are comfortable with project monitoring and project coordination
• Mastery of ArchiCAD
• Solid knowledge of Swiss construction standards and regulations
