In this context, we are looking for an experienced, unifying personality close to the field, ready to take on the position of:

Head of Housekeeping, Technical and Maintenance Service (80-100%)

At the head of a multidisciplinary team of approximately twenty employees active in the fields of concierge services, housekeeping, and technical services, your mission is to create a true collective dynamic among professionals with varied skills, backgrounds, and degrees of autonomy. Your management is primarily situational; you know how to empower and grant autonomy when possible, while providing a structuring framework, clear landmarks, and close support when the situation requires it. You promote the flow of information, mutual aid, and the sharing of skills so that everyone can contribute fully to the success of the service.

On a daily basis, you guarantee the maintenance, functionality, and cleanliness of communal buildings as well as their compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, particularly regarding fire safety. You manage the work carried out on the communal heritage and ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality standards. You also plan the interventions of external service providers, analyze offers, negotiate services, and ensure the administrative, technical, and financial follow-up of the entrusted mandates.

As much a manager as a controller, you develop and monitor the service budgets with rigor, identify operational needs, and ensure regular reporting to your hierarchy. Furthermore, you assume responsibility for occupational health and safety (MSST) for your teams, and contribute to the logistical and technical organization of communal events.

To succeed in this role, you bring:

• A higher education degree at ES, HES, or federal diploma level, ideally in the fields of building technology, facility management, real estate management, or infrastructure management
• Solid experience in team leadership and contractor management, complemented by management training
• Expertise in the construction or real estate sector constitutes an asset
• An excellent ability to develop and manage budgets and to simultaneously manage several projects and priorities
• Excellent writing skills in French as well as good mastery of MS Office tools
