Your tasks Independent planning, organizing, and implementation of resource-oriented activation and everyday structuring in group or individual activities in close cooperation with the nursing department Willingness to work evenings and on weekends during events Planning and implementation of excursions and events Supporting and promoting interdisciplinary cooperation in all areas Designing and being responsible for the seasonal decoration in the house Support for future HF students Ensuring musical offerings for our guests Your profile Completed training as Dipl. Aktivierungsfachfrau/Aktivierungsfachmann HF Professional experience in long-term care Experience in long-term psychiatry or geriatric psychiatric rehabilitation Organizational talent and sociable A warm and humorous basic attitude Enjoyment of diverse challenges Good German skills in speaking and writing Musical flair and mastery of a musical instrument (ideally piano and/or guitar)
