Your tasks: ##### • Work on an acute ward with a focus on crisis intervention • Individual treatment of mentally ill people with consultation and planning in an interdisciplinary team • Implementation of reference nursing and ensuring the nursing process • Leadership of inpatient nursing therapeutic group offers • Working in shift service (early shift/late shift/weekend) • Support in the further development of the inpatient treatment setting and active participation in the implementation of new projects Your profile: ##### • Degree as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH/DNII (recognition certificate for foreign diplomas) • High technical and social competence • Enjoyment of interdisciplinary team culture • Flexibility, resilience, team ability, and humor • Solution-oriented approach and networked thinking • Good German language skills in word and writing • Customer orientation with good manners • Interest in and experience with de-escalating measures and a recovery-oriented attitude • Interest in or experience with concepts like Safewards and their implementation We look forward to your application.
