Your tasks

Independent management of condominium ownership
Organization and execution of owners' meetings
Preparation of budgets and annual financial statements
Support of owners and tenants in all matters
Coordination and monitoring of maintenance and renovation work
Collaboration with internal and external partners

Your profile

Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in the real estate sector (e.g., Immobilienbewirtschafter/in with eidg. Fachausweis)
Experience in the management of condominium ownership
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with people
Good IT skills (MS Office, property management software Immotop2 is an advantage)
Proficient German in spoken and written form
