Head of Maintenance Sector (100%)

The Department of Infrastructure is offering a position as Head of Maintenance Sector at 100% Service / Road Office, maintenance sector (masonry/civil engineering) Activity / Ensure the maintenance of roads, sidewalks, walls, stairs and other constructed elements of the public domain: Plan and control the work of the sector in coordination with the other services of the city: Manage the hours, units of guard, vacations, leaves and training of the personnel of the team of around 10 people, as well as interpersonal relationships: Participate in the guard service. Desired profile / You hold a CFC in the field of masonry, road construction or civil engineering and have at least fifteen years of experience, including 5 as a team leader. You have experience in the field and ideally in roadworks. You hold a driving license B, ideally C and machinery operator. With a dynamic temperament, you are a good communicator and know how to set priorities. You are comfortable with usual computer tools and have an interest in the public function.
