To strengthen our Quality and Development team, we are looking for a creative, technically skilled, and structured personality, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Your main tasks

• Development and design of innovative product ideas in the field of bedroom furniture
• Accompanying product development projects from the first sketch to the creation of the finished product folder
• Planning, implementation, and documentation of product adjustments
• Conducting product inspections and tests regarding quality, functionality, and technical feasibility
• Research as well as procurement of samples for materials, fittings, surfaces, and other components
• Obtaining and evaluating price and sample inquiries from existing suppliers
• Technical support for our customer service regarding product-related questions
• Maintenance and preparation of master article data as well as graphic data for various export applications
• Deputy processing and coordination of supplier complaints

Your profile

• Experience in creating technical drawings with CAD software
• Completed training as Schreiner/in EFZ or comparable technical basic training is an advantage
• Further training in the field of product development, construction, or project management is desirable
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong technical understanding and high quality awareness
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• English skills are an advantage
• Enthusiasm for furniture, design, and innovative product solutions
