To strengthen our team in the outpatient clinic of the Zentrum für Abhängigkeitserkrankungen, we are looking for an engaged personality at the Aarau location, starting immediately or by arrangement, for the position as Senior Physician Addiction Disorders (outpatient) 80\-100% "The Zentrum für Abhängigkeitserkrankungen is part of the Klinik für Erwachsenenpsychiatrie und Psychotherapie of the PDAG (Clinical Director Prof. Dr. med. ) and is led dually by PD Dr. med. \- Pichler, Chief Physician, and Geissberger, Head of Nursing. It treats people with addiction disorders including mental consequential and comorbid diseases, particularly dual diagnoses, and covers the spectrum from harm reduction to abstinence-oriented treatment. At the main location in Windisch, three specialized wards with different treatment focuses and day-clinic places are available for this purpose. Also in Windisch, the center conducts substitution-supported treatment as well as heroin-assisted treatment for people with opioid dependence. At the locations Aarau, Baden, and Windisch, it offers outpatient addiction medicine assessments, treatments, and special consultation hours, also for behavioral addictions. Participation in ongoing clinical research projects is possible and is supported. The center is a SIWF-recognized training facility for the specialty of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy of Addiction Disorders, Category A, inpatient and outpatient (2 years for the specialty, 1 additional year creditable towards the specialist title)."
