We are looking for a Regional Director for the Genève region. Reporting to the Managing Director of Suisse romande, you are part of the Direction de la Romandie and play a key role in the strategic and operational steering of the region with a budget of more than 80 millions. With your management team of approximately 10 people, you supervise a scope of more than 1'500 employees. What awaits you Unite all managers and employees of the region to create a dynamic and engaging work environment Ensure the follow-up of team development, by offering continuous support to promote their professional evolution Be a strategic advisor for the team, intervening as needed to overcome operational challenges Define and implement the strategy aiming at the long-term growth of the region Initiate and lead projects for performance improvement and customer satisfaction Implement ISS objectives in order to guarantee exceptional service delivery Actively manage customer relations and ensure their sustainable development Act as an ambassador for ISS with customers in the Genève region Ensure the proper development of the client portfolio by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities Intervene as a mediator if necessary to guarantee customer satisfaction Be responsible for achieving the objectives set by ISS Suisse and Romandie Define and respect the budgets allocated to the region Monitor monthly financial results, control and analyze costs Implement actions aimed at improving the profitability and financial efficiency of the region What you bring Holder of a university degree in management Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management position with a strong customer orientation Excellent professional network, ideally in the field of Facility Management Perfect mastery of French, very good knowledge of English and/or German, a strong asset Excellent communication skills and interpersonal ease Open-minded personality, with a strong capacity for resilience in the face of challenges Comfortable in complex, changing and demanding environments Strong appetite for dynamic professional contexts Constructive approach to fluctuations inherent to the business sector Excellent analytical, synthesis and perspective-taking skills Great resistance to stress Ready for us?
