The University Clinic for Visceral Surgery and Medicine includes the areas of visceral surgery, hepatology and gastroenterology. Around 350 employees help day after day with their great commitment to shaping the dynamic clinic daily routine. What awaits you <br /> • Ensuring the deployment planning of the visceral surgical medical staff and guaranteeing correct time recording management (PEP) • Support with administrative activities in connection with the medical staff and academic personnel (application management, vacancy reporting, induction planning, requesting access and work equipment etc.) • Organization and coordination of the entries and exits of the medical staff. • Organization of regular further and continuing education for the medical staff • Administrative support for the senior medical staff of Visceral Surgery • Representation of the coordination of the various boards, e.g., the tumor board <br /> What you bring with you <br /> • Commercial training EFZ or comparable basic training • Several years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the healthcare sector • Proficient German (English and French skills desirable) • Quick comprehension and talent for maintaining an overview • Comprehensive MS Office skills • High service orientation, reliability and discretion • Structured and very precise way of working • Appreciative demeanor and good communication skills • Resilient, flexible and team-oriented <br /> Our offer <br /> • The exciting field of responsibility offers you the opportunity to get involved in many different topics and thus develop our clinic as well as yourself • Our offices are located in the heart of the Inselareal with very good connections to the public transport network • We offer you a versatile and lively activity in a dynamic and exciting environment of top-level medicine. <br /> Questions about the position?
