Order and supplier management: Launch and monitor calls for tender according to production needs. Establish comparisons and analyze supplier offers. Create and validate purchase orders in the ERP. Ensure the placing of orders and regular monitoring of deliveries. Maintain active communication with suppliers to guarantee compliance with deadlines. Control and validate supplier and transport invoices in the ERP. Transmit documents to the Finance department for processing. Management of supplier non-conformities Establish and manage return logistics documents in case of non-conformity: Coordinate shipments in connection with the ADV Ensure the follow-up of supplier files until their resolution Ensure the traceability of exchanges and decisions made Reconciliation and accounting follow-up of materials: Perform monthly reconciliation of material accounts, particularly precious metals. Verify the consistency between internal data and supplier extracts. Identify, analyze, and justify any potential discrepancies. Ensure the reliability of information transmitted to management. Management of production waste: Organize the transfer of metallic waste to approved smelters: Monitor quantities sent, loss rates, and material returns. Analyze discrepancies between weights sent, processed, and recovered. Keep tracking tables up to date and ensure their reporting. Logistical and administrative support: Participate in physical inventories and the monitoring of parts entrusted to suppliers. Ensure the follow-up of entries, returns, and discrepancies. Provide support to the ADV for customs declarations.
