Draft reports as well as concise messages and other materials on exciting subject areas for the Department, the Federal Council and the Parliament • Represent the position of the administration and the Federal Council in political and professional committees • Process political motions • Ensure legal supervision and the application of the law • Independently instruct administrative and appeal proceedings and represent the administration before the competent courts and authorities <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree in law (lic. Iur / MLaw), preferably with a bar admission • Knowledge and/or experience in general administrative and social insurance law, ideally in the field of accident insurance law • Rapid comprehension, strong ability for networked analysis of legal and political issues as well as goal- and performance-oriented way of working • High social competence and prioritization of constructive cooperation in the team and with stakeholders • Active knowledge of at least two official languages; main working language is German <br /> In a nutshell Are you interested in social insurance law issues with social relevance and would you like to work at the interface of law, politics and administration?
