Then become -- across departments -- part of the teams of the administrative and social insurance law department of the Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Bern!

Your tasks

• Together with your colleagues and trainees, you support the judges and the court clerks with all administrative tasks.
• You record new cases in our business control, prepare orders and decisions, and handle the associated correspondence.
• You anonymize judgments for publication in the electronic

Urteilssammlung.

• You receive telephone inquiries and are competently available to internal and external contact persons.
• You maintain an overview of matters, files, and appointments and ensure reliable control and updating.
• You assist with the organization and processing of incoming and outgoing mail.
• You ensure careful and structured archiving and undertake further administrative tasks as required.

Your profile

• You have a commercial education.
• You work very carefully, reliably, and in a service-oriented manner.
• You are open to work in connection with the digitalization of justice.
