Your tasks
As an employee in Technical Service, you are co-responsible, in cooperation with the departments involved, for the technical building management and the maintenance of the buildings, facilities, and devices. You take care of maintenance work, repairs, grounds work, and diverse technical concerns of the house.

• Maintenance, servicing, and repair work on the building as well as on our facilities and devices
• Responsible for the care of facilities and devices from various specialist areas
• Co-responsible for data maintenance in the maintenance software (Campos)
• Monitoring and care of the technical facilities of the clinic, including the OR wing
• Monitoring and accompanying external maintenance companies
• Grounds work and winter service
• Performing regular on-call service, after appropriate introduction

Your profile

• Basic technical training with manual dexterity, preferably in the field of HLKKS
• Teamwork skills, flexibility, and resilience
• Interest in and understanding of technical facilities, building technology, and operational processes
• Business-oriented mindset with a high sense of responsibility and service orientation
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• Driver's license Cat. B
