Industrial floor and screed constructor

As part of the development of our Sigma Temporaire - Travaux spéciaux (bâtiment & génie civil) department, we are supporting a leading Swiss company specializing in technical synthetic resin coatings, waterproofing, concrete protection, and special works. Active on projects with high technical added value, this company intervenes on industrial structures, parking lots, administrative buildings, public infrastructures, as well as civil engineering projects. Recognized for its expertise and the quality of its achievements, it implements high-performance systems based on epoxy resins, polyurethane, and other innovative technical solutions. In order to strengthen its teams, we are looking for several Resin Applicators (M/F), capable of intervening with precision and professionalism on demanding technical construction sites. Your mission: Prepare substrates before application (sanding, shot blasting, planing, cleaning, and surface repair). Perform smoothing, leveling, and substrate correction work. Prepare resin mixtures and components in accordance with technical specifications. Apply various epoxy and polyurethane resin systems. Implement primer, intermediate, and finishing layers. Perform work on balconies, terraces, parking lots, technical rooms, and industrial floors. Participate in the installation of liquid waterproofing systems and technical coatings. Use appropriate tools: rollers, brushes, squeegees, spatulas, trowels, or sprayers. Ensure careful execution in compliance with quality and safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized construction site. We expect: Confirmed experience in the application of resin, technical coatings, or waterproofing. A good mastery of epoxy and polyurethane resins. Experience on new construction or renovation sites. Knowledge in the preparation and repair of concrete substrates. A trustworthy, motivated person who is passionate about their profession. A taste for precise, careful, and high-quality work. Good physical condition and an aptitude for teamwork. A rigorous, autonomous, and conscientious personality. Respect for safety instructions and site procedures. Driving license and vehicle indispensable.
