Joiner with management experience and CAD coordination

Activity + Management of the planning department including standardization and CAD coordination + Responsibility for production and infrastructure in cooperation with the production manager + Monitoring and control of IT and computer systems including ERP (Borm) + Participation and planning in customer projects + Exercising chairmanship of the GL and taking over assigned tasks such as controlling and financial management • Requirements + Completed joiner basic training EFZ with additional training or comparable practical experience + Experience in the leadership and development of employees + Sound knowledge of Office, IT, ERP and CAD programs + Ideally experience in the calculation of projects + Motivated and proactive personality with strong teamwork skills and sense of responsibility • Offer + Modern, open and familiar working environment with flat hierarchies + Diverse, challenging tasks with active co-design of the Luzern location + Comprehensive introduction and continuous support in the development of new structures up to the chairmanship of the GL
