For the Division Buildings Baumeister Luzern, we are looking for a Foreman (f/m/d) 100% to strengthen the team, effective immediately or by arrangement. Your place of employment will be Gisikon.

What you will do ###

• Goal-oriented and project-appropriate preparation and processing of large-scale construction sites
• Compliance with the schedule and quality specifications of the construction projects
• Economic deployment planning of personnel, equipment and material
• Implementation of measures for occupational safety and health protection
• Independent and responsible management of the construction site and the construction site personnel
• Electronic reporting
• Use of modern working methods - in the area of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and relying on digital solutions to increase efficiency
• Co-shaping occupational safety and implementing SUVA guidelines and occupational safety regulations

• Completed vocational training as a Foreman (f/m/d)
• Experience in structural engineering / new construction
• Independent, committed and reliable way of working
• Cooperative interaction and enjoyment of teamwork
• Hands-on mentality and high flexibility as well as ability to learn round off your profile
• As a team player, you share your knowledge and enjoy working interdisciplinary with other trades
• You are able to act flexibly and quickly and to deliver excellent performance under pressure
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license category B
