About our customer

For our customer – a down-to-earth and traditional transport company in the Rotkreuz area – we are looking for reinforcement for the finance team due to a natural departure, immediately or by arrangement. Do you appreciate a down-to-earth, "urchig" (traditional/authentic) working environment and are looking for the ideal entry or next step in accounting? Then this is your chance!

Your main tasks

In this versatile junior position, you will actively support the small accounting team (2 persons) in daily operations:

• Mail processing: Independent processing and distribution of daily incoming mail.
• Accounts payable accounting: Checking, recording, and timely payment of accounts payable invoices.
• Support in accounting: Active assistance in maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Cash management: Proper handling and management of the cash desk.
• Filing & archiving: Careful document filing and archiving.
• General administration: Taking over general organizational and administrative office work.

Qualifications

Your profile

• Education: Successfully completed commercial basic training (EFZ) or a comparable qualification.
• Place of residence: You are locally anchored and live in the immediate vicinity of Rotkreuz / Canton Zug.
• Languages: Very good German skills in speaking and writing (mandatory).
• IT skills: Good and steady PC user skills.
• Way of working: Exact, reliable, and correct way of working.
