For our client, a traditional family business in its 4th generation located in Dietikon, we are looking for a Metal Construction Fitter (m/f/d) 100% for the production of aluminium and fire protection doors, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks • You manufacture high-quality aluminium doors as well as fire protection doors in production • You work on demanding construction elements in metal and facade construction • You implement technical specifications precisely and with quality awareness • You work independently or in a team depending on the order • You contribute to the compliance of quality and production standards Your profile • You have training as a Metallbauer EFZ or a comparable basic manual training • You bring several years of professional experience in metal construction • Ideally, you have experience in the production of aluminium and fire protection doors • You work exactly, reliably, and are resilient • You are a team player and open to modern production processes Your future • Work in a stable family business with clear structures • No assembly line work – varied and demanding activities • Modern digital processes (e.g., MES) and structured workflows • Individual work scheduling and high personal responsibility • Very good social benefits and contemporary employment conditions • Location with very good accessibility (near Zürich and Baden) • End of work on Friday already at 14:00 • Regular team events and a family atmosphere Interested?
