You will lead people, manage demanding infrastructure projects, and actively shape the development of our community. You will lead with effect Personnel and technical management of the Civil Engineering department Direct management of the Workshop Management and Water Supply Management Promotion, development, and support of your employees Ensuring a positive, solution-oriented team culture ????️ You will shape the future of Oberägeri Planning, management, and implementation of civil engineering projects Responsibility for roads, water and wastewater facilities, waterways, and public lighting Further development and implementation of the General Drainage Project (GEP) Shaping a sustainable and modern infrastructure ???? You will take responsibility Budget, cost, and deadline responsibility for the roads, wastewater, and waterways sectors Ensuring quality, economy, and sustainable use of resources Preparation of decision-making bases for the Municipal Council, specialist commissions, and Municipal Assembly ????
