In this versatile role, you will look after several properties in the St. Gallen and Rheintal area and be the first point of contact for our customers. Your tasks include:

• Care and monitoring of building technical systems (HLKSE)
• Execution of repair and maintenance work, triggering call-outs and orders to third-party providers, final inspections of the work
• Coordination and control of service and maintenance work (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, etc.), obtaining quotes, exchange with customers and administrations
• Cooperation with external service providers and coordination of various service providers
• Execution of administrative tasks within the scope of your activity
• On-call service
• Gardening work and area cleaning
• Holiday replacement for postal services

You live service and are committed to quality and reliability with conviction. You bring with you:

• A completed technical training in the HLKS area, as an electrical installer or a manual basic training with further training in technical building management
• Several years of professional experience in building technology
• Independent, structured way of working and sense of responsibility
• Enjoys working in a team as well as alone
• Strong service mentality as well as organizational talent
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form and good IT skills
• Resident in the St. Gallen region (on-call service)
