As Product Manager, you will take responsibility for the product portfolio Hydraulics Components & Electrical Engineering. Together with Sales, Purchasing, Marketing and Technology, you will develop the product range over the entire product life cycle and ensure that our products are successfully positioned in the market. In doing so, you will act as an entrepreneur within the company and actively contribute to the sustainable growth of AG. WHAT AWAITS YOU Responsibility for the product portfolio Hydraulics Components & Electrical Engineering Analysis of market, customer and competitor developments as well as continuous further development of the product range Evaluation and development of international suppliers as well as participation in price and condition negotiations Planning and implementation of product launches and product discontinuations Product range and price design Planning and implementation of marketing activities in cooperation with Marketing and Sales Technical support for Sales and Technology as a 2nd-level competence center Organization and implementation of internal product training Leadership or participation in cross-product group projects YOUR PROFILE Completed technical basic training, preferably with experience in mobile hydraulics or a comparable technical environment Further education in the field of product management, marketing or business administration Several years of professional experience in technical product management, technical sales or a comparable function Entrepreneurial thinking and pleasure in actively further developing a product portfolio Distinct market, customer and service orientation Analytical, structured and independent working method Communication strength and negotiating skill Confident handling of ERP, PIM and MS Office applications Stylish communication in German and good English skills OUR OFFER You can expect a varied and responsible task with a large scope for design in a technically demanding environment.
