In a context of development and structuring, it is now looking for its future Technical Director, capable of managing operations and supporting the growth of the company. Your main missions In direct contact with management, you play a key role in the company's operational performance and development: • Site management: overall supervision of projects, from planning to delivery • Team management: supervision of sector managers, works managers, and site teams • Planning & performance: resource management, budget tracking, and financial forecasting • Commercial development: prospecting, responding to tenders, and technical optimization of projects • Contractual & financial management: monitoring of measurements, invoicing, subcontracting, and site closure • Safety & quality: ensuring compliance with QSE standards and site safety • Representation: developing and maintaining trust relationships with partners and clients Your profile • HES/EPF engineer training or equivalent, ideally in the field of civil engineering • Required experience • Minimum 5 years in similar responsibilities (technical direction or operations) • More than 10 years in the construction sector (building, civil engineering, structural work) • Natural leadership and ability to unite and motivate multidisciplinary teams • Project management skills: planning, budget tracking, resource optimization • Interpersonal skills and field approach • Decision-making ability and strategic vision #LI-BN1 #LI-Hybrid
