Your field of activity • You ensure the stable and secure operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Customer Engagement, and the Power Platform • Together with internal and external partners, you coordinate and accompany changes, releases, tests, as well as productive implementations and ensure a reliable implementation of the solutions • You analyze and prioritize business requirements from different departments and transfer them into viable technical solutions • You advise departments, Product Owners, and project managers on questions regarding processes, data, integrations, permissions, and automation • You continuously further develop platforms, integrations, and automations, thereby supporting a sustainable and high-performance system landscape • You continuously evaluate modern technologies, AI services, and platform functions of the Microsoft Cloud and actively contribute their potential to the further development of the solution landscape What you bring with you • You have a higher education in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable technical field • Collaboration with different stakeholders is successful for you even in demanding and changing system landscapes, whereby you build relationships and maintain an overview • Several years of experience in Application Management (ideally of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM) as well as in the operation and further development of corresponding platforms distinguishes you • You bring good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, the Power Platform, as well as modern cloud, integration, and automation solutions • You analyze complex technical and functional contexts in a structured manner and find pragmatic and sustainable solutions for them • Very good German as well as good English skills round off your profile; certifications in the Microsoft Dynamics environment are an advantage We do not wish to receive inquiries from personnel service providers.
