Building Cleaner EFZ / Experienced Building Cleaner (m/w/d) Area of Responsibility Maintenance cleaning of office buildings, schools, industrial and commercial enterprises Basic cleaning of floors, walls, ceilings and sanitary facilities Window, glass and facade cleaning Special cleanings after renovations, renovations or new buildings Cleaning of stairwells, parking garages and public areas Machine cleaning with single-disc machines, scrubber-dryers and high-pressure cleaners Carpet and hard floor cleaning Conducting disinfection work Removal of graffiti and stubborn soiling Proper handling of cleaning agents and chemicals Compliance with safety and quality regulations Reporting of work performed Quality control of cleaning work Independent planning and organization of work processes Requirements Completed training as a building cleaner EFZ or several years of professional experience in cleaning Experience in maintenance, basic and special cleaning Good knowledge of handling cleaning machines and cleaning agents Experience in glass, facade and window cleaning is an advantage Physically fit and resilient Independent, reliable and clean working method Team-oriented, flexible and customer-oriented Good German language skills Driver's license category B, ideally with own vehicle Willingness for early morning, evening or weekend deployments Knowledge of occupational safety and SUVA regulations Technical expertise Maintenance cleaning, basic cleaning, special cleaning, construction cleaning, moving cleaning, window cleaning, glass cleaning, facade cleaning, high-pressure cleaning, carpet cleaning, hard floor care, coatings and sealings, disinfection cleaning, machine cleaning, handling of scrubber-dryers, handling of single-disc machines, handling of cleaning chemicals, disposal and recycling, occupational safety and accident prevention Personal strengths Reliable, punctual, responsible, resilient, independent, team-oriented, quality-oriented, flexible, willing to learn, customer-friendly and service-oriented
