Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees commit themselves daily to the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • Management of demanding strategic and operational projects in the clinical environment • Coordination of interdisciplinary and interprofessional project teams as well as the bringing together of different stakeholder groups • Active co-design of quality and process improvements in hospital planning and in patient care • Support of the introduction of innovative solutions and participation in the establishment of new standards • Development of sound decision-making bases as well as target-group-oriented preparation of relevant topics for committees and upper management Your profile • Extensive experience in the hospital environment • Completed higher education in healthcare, business administration, public health, project management or a related field • Proven experience in the successful management of projects • Structured, analytical and at the same time pragmatic way of working • Clear, target-group-oriented and binding communication skills • Confident appearance in exchange with clinical specialists, management as well as other partners Our benefits About the USZ The Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland.
