Your future starts here As a Video & Motion Designer, you develop effective video, motion, and storytelling formats for Swisscom B2B and implement them independently, from idea to publication. In addition to classic motion design tasks such as explanatory films and animations, you are also responsible for film shoots, live formats, and productions on site. You use AI tools in a targeted manner and, together with the team, further develop the B2B Creation Factory. • Concept and production of video, motion, and storytelling formats for internal and external channels • Development and implementation of explanatory films, animations, and other classic motion design formats • Planning and execution of interviews, statements, success stories, and film shoots in our own studio or at the customer's site • Responsibility for live streams and webinars as well as the film and photographic documentation of events • Strengthening of visual brand positioning and development of new formats, workflows, and production standards • Care and management of film, photo, and studio technology, including evaluation, procurement, and ensuring functionality Your skills • Several years of experience in video production and animation • Very good knowledge of post-production as well as After Effects and Premiere Pro • Practical know-how with AI-based applications for video and motion • Experience in planning and technical setup of live streams and webinars • Strong sense of storytelling on digital channels • Good communication skills and flair for stakeholder management • Independent, creative, and curious with a can-do mentality • Fluent German in word and writing With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or in a home office.
