Future Employer ##

For our client, a technically specialized company in the field of industrial automation and control solutions, we are looking for a committed individual as an Automation Engineer Control and Process Technology. In this role, you will develop software for demanding automation projects, accompany their implementation, and successfully commission your solutions at the customer's site.

Your Task ##

• Development and adaptation of PLC programs for customer-specific automation solutions
• Creation and parameterization of visualization and control systems
• Technical implementation of control and automation concepts
• Coordination of software solutions with electrical planning and other engineering specialist departments
• Execution of software tests and simulations before delivery
• Commissioning of the developed control and visualization solutions at the customer's site
• Analysis and rectification of errors during commissioning and in ongoing operation
• Support with technical clarifications with customers and suppliers

Your Profile ##

• Completed basic technical training e.g., as Elektroniker EFZ, Automatiker EFZ, Elektroinstallateur EFZ or comparable
• Further training at HF/FH level
• Sound knowledge in the programming of PLC controls (e.g. TIA-Portal, Rockwell, Beckhoff etc.)
• Independent, solution-oriented way of working and enthusiasm for new technologies
• Fluent German skills and good French skills
