Your area of responsibility

• Management of the operation and overall entrepreneurial responsibility for the site (business management, personnel management, customer responsibility, responsible for production, technology, logistics, strategic planning and process optimization)
• Integrating new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships
• Team development, promoting the development of employees and ensuring internal communication exchange
• Monthly reporting, budget responsibility, creation and compliance with budgets and management of CAPEX projects
• Process optimization, introduction and continuous improvement of processes and responsible for process creation
• Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene and safety regulations and standards

Your profile

• Completed studies in business administration or in a technical field (engineer or logistics) or equivalent training with further training in management (corporate management) and personnel management
• Experience in comparable leadership positions in industry is an advantage
• Sound knowledge in the management and development of teams (min. 100 employees) as well as in the management of complex operational processes
• Experience in the creation and monitoring of budgets as well as in project management
• Strong process thinking and an affinity for continuous improvement and quality optimization, pronounced sense of responsibility for hygiene regulations and safety standards
• Entrepreneurial, strong-communicating, assertive, well-organized and proactive leadership personality with the ability to correctly select, lead and support your own employees
• Very good German skills (C2) are a prerequisite, English skills are an advantage
