Become our new: Development Engineer 80-100% (w/m/d) What you will achieve with us You develop innovative and cost-optimized products, assemblies, and components up to series production readiness, thereby shaping the next generation of our product portfolio. You are responsible for technical development throughout the entire product development cycle - from the concept phase to market launch. You develop technical concepts, designs, and solutions for individual parts, assemblies, and systems. You define testing strategies, organize tests, and ensure the technical validation of new products. You work closely with product management, quality, supply chain management, and other specialist departments. What distinguishes you You have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable technical education, ideally with a background as a designer or polymechanic or similar. You bring several years of experience in the development of technical individual parts, assemblies, or components and know the entire product development process from the idea to industrial series production. Experience or interest in the specialist areas of mechanics, electronics, or software, as well as an understanding of mechatronic relationships, is a plus. You have a good understanding of project structures and initial experience in project management. You work very independently, recognize the need for action early on, and drive topics forward on your own initiative. You communicate fluently in German and have English skills at level B2.
