Recording and processing of offers and orders
Technical clarifications
Processing of customer complaints
Your strengths
Vocational training in the building technology industry or commercial training with a technical background, ideally in sanitary wholesale
Fluent German and good English skills
Good PC user skills
Efficient way of working and ability to set priorities correctly
Enthusiastic, service-oriented, enjoys customer contact
