Due to our strong growth, we are looking for an Assistant Manager Fitness Club (m/f/d) for our club in La Chaux-de-Fonds. As a fitness instructor at PureGym, you always do your best to offer our members the best possible experience in our clubs. You also support performance improvement measures in the club and act as the right hand to the gym management. What you accomplish: • You take care of our members and accompany them in a friendly manner, spreading the PureGym spirit throughout the facility • You apply the defined PureGym standards and lead by example • You check all areas of the club and ensure that quality requirements regarding safety, cleanliness, and health protection are always met • You regularly keep yourself informed of PureGym news and market developments and assist the Gym Management in the development and execution of plans to enable your club to establish itself in the market • You engage in promotional actions and support your club in the distribution of flyers What you bring: • You have a fitness instructor qualification recognized by Qualitop Suisse • You have a high affinity with sport, fitness, health, and sales • You have very good knowledge of German and English (at least B2), other languages are a plus • You are flexible, even for tasks in the evening and on weekends • You have a great sense of responsibility and are ready to assume the substitute tasks of the Gym Management • You enjoy contact with customers • You are motivated to take on new tasks • You are autonomous and like working in a team What we offer you: • We offer you responsibility for your own fitness club • We offer a free fitness club subscription for you and one other person of your choice • We grant 25 days of leave on a 100% basis as well as one additional Personal Day • We offer you good prospects for development within our company • We guarantee a salary in accordance with the industry and offer other success-based remuneration • We offer various discounts on our product range as well as exclusive discounts with our partners • We are a young, dynamic, and international team Submit your application now and join the PureGym family.
