Junior CAD Designer

Junior CAD Designer (w/m/d) We are looking for a Junior CAD Designer (w/m/d) to design the control units, actuators and sensors of our exhaust aftertreatment systems. The role includes extensive work with Autodesk Inventor for the creation of 3D models as well as 2D manufacturing drawings, the management of the developed products in our PLM platform, collaboration in a multidisciplinary team in the further development of our product portfolio as well as for customer-specific solutions. In addition, you ensure that the designs comply with our quality standards, applicable international norms, safety regulations and customer-specific requirements. YOUR MAIN TASKS Creation and revision of 3D models and 2D drawings for portfolio products Creation and revision of 3D models and 2D drawings for customer-specific solutions Discussion of design optimizations with internal (engineering) and external (suppliers) stakeholders Management of existing models and drawings in the PLM platform Creation of documentation on products and their development processes Direct communication in interdisciplinary teams (engineering, project management, sales) to clarify project requirements YOUR PROFILE Successfully completed training as a Konstrukteur EFZ or comparable qualification Knowledge of sheet metal processing, steel processing and welding manufacturing processes Knowledge of relevant norms, best practices and guidelines in CAD and product design Advanced knowledge of CAD tools, preferably Autodesk Inventor Basic knowledge of PLM systems Detail-oriented way of working and high quality awareness Structured approach to complex tasks as well as precise documentation of the work steps and results Very good communication skills (written and oral) in German and English as well as willingness to work in both languages Ability to work in a team in a multidisciplinary environment Occasional willingness to travel ( jpid17c9b1cjm jit0624jm jiy26jm
