Occupational Health Management Specialist (GSA) 80-100% ​​Workplace to be agreed upon​ The Human Resources sector, managed at a national level, is responsible for personnel management for the entire SSR. It accompanies female and male employees in all matters related to human resources, offers a modern program of training and continuous education, and guarantees the integrated implementation of key HR processes. Tasks To strengthen the Culture and Organizational Development team, we are looking for, with immediate effect or a date to be agreed upon, a specialist in Occupational Health Management (GSA) for a fixed-term position for a duration of two years. In this role, you will accompany people in leadership roles, teams, and organizational units through processes of change and development. Particular emphasis will be placed on the development of Occupational Health Management and on the promotion of a healthy and future-oriented organization.
