WHAT YOU CAN MOVE WITH US
You are co-responsible for achieving the qualitative, scheduled, and financial targets
You are responsible for local construction management and project-related quality management during execution
You create schedules regarding construction progress, tenders, plan deliveries, commissioning, acceptances, and handovers
You are responsible for creating contractor tenders
You manage the time and cost controlling of the construction work and create measurements and contractor invoices
You carry out acceptances with contractors, clients, and/or authorities and are responsible for the rectification of defects
You ensure the quality requirements regarding construction site safety and compliance with the Posting Ordinance
You conduct and minute planning, construction, and coordination meetings
WHAT YOU BRING
You have a completed construction- or architecture-related vocational training; further education as an eidg. dipl. Bauleiterin, Architektin FH or Bauingenieur*in FH is an advantage
You have several years of experience in construction management in Switzerland and are experienced in all construction management topics in structural engineering projects
You are a leader who is aware of the importance of team player skills and contributes them
You are characterized by negotiation skills and a healthy measure of assertiveness
You are used to working independently, acting entrepreneurially, and taking responsibility
