100%, Temporary by arrangement Bern Informatics Your tasks ## • With your sales and technical skills, you will assist shop customers • Competent and active advice regarding products and services in the areas of Mobile, Internet, TV, Security, Cloud etc. • Presenting devices and offers • Assistance in the design of the shop • Careful inspection of new deliveries for quality, quantity and timely arrival • Professional preparation of goods for shipment to the distribution center • Receiving repaired devices and preparing handover, informing customers about readiness for collection • Support during inventories Our requirements ## • Completed vocational training (EFZ/EBA) in sales or the service environment • Experience in telecommunications or consumer electronics is a great advantage • Basic knowledge in the application of Office, Apple and Android products • Enjoyment of customer contact and great interest in the chosen industry • Sympathetic appearance • Very good German skills (C2), good English and Italian skills (B2), French is an advantage (A2) • Team player • Communicative and reliable • Impeccable reputation • Temporary assignment starting immediately for 6-12 months, with the option for extension or permanent employment • Place of work: Bern
