Our candidates receive job proposals corresponding to their desires and aptitudes.   In order to complete our teams with our specialized clients in Genève, we are looking for an Socio-educational Assistant You will join a multidisciplinary team within a renowned establishment in Genève, and you will actively participate in the well-being and comfort of children.   Your missions:   • Support for beneficiaries in situations of disability and multiple disabilities, both adult and child, in daily life gestures and in interventions specific to their personalized project. • You collaborate on the quality of care and project follow-up in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. • Collaborate with care and housekeeping teams to guarantee consistent and benevolent care. • You participate in and/or develop various and varied animations and are proactive in proposing activities. • Strengthen the autonomy and integration of beneficiaries • The activity rate is between 25 to 34h/week, distributed over 4 days. • Daytime work   Your profile :   • Hold a CFC as a socio-educational assistant or a title deemed equivalent (SEFRI recognition mandatory for foreign diplomas). • 2 years of experience in a similar position • Benevolence and empathy towards residents • Rigor and respect for protocols • The ability to work in a team and to collaborate with the various professionals of the establishment • Reactivity and adaptability in the face of unforeseen situations The position is to be filled from the month of August 2026 until the end of September 2026 and potentially extendable.
