As Senior Legal \& Compliance Counsel, you will provide expert legal advice and ensure regulatory compliance across Switzerland, Germany and Austria, with a primary focus on Switzerland, where you will act as the dedicated legal lead. Description
As Legal Counsel, you will provide comprehensive legal support across a broad range of commercial and compliance matters within the DACH region.
Your responsibilities will include:
Advising on a wide range of commercial contracts (service agreements, supplier contracts, key account agreements, financing arrangements).
Supporting sales and marketing teams on legal matters while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks.
Managing compliance\-related activities, including third\-party sponsorship agreements, grants, and monitoring of travel and expenses.
Collaborating closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure high standards of legal and ethical conduct.
Covering primarily Switzerland and Austria, with occasional involvement in Germany.
Profile
Swiss\-educated lawyer (Bachelor and Master obtained in Switzerland), ideally Swiss\-qualified (bar admission is a strong asset).
7\-10 years of experience with a strong background in commercial contract law; experience in compliance is a significant plus.
Proven exposure to the healthcare sector (pharmaceuticals or medical devices) is required.
Fluent in German and English (mandatory), French (a strong advantage).
Ability to operate effectively in a complex, international environment and manage cross\-border legal matters.
