Your profile:
In possession of a validated AFP or CFC in watchmaking
Experience in the assembly of small watch components
Autonomy, rigor, precision and method
Confirmed experience in a repetitive and high-cadence production environment
Developed team spirit
Excellent manual dexterity and acute sense of detail
In order to meet the needs of our clients, we prioritize applications from people already established in Switzerland and available quickly to start a position. Your missions:
Precisely assemble the various watch components
Perform casing operations in compliance with established processes
Perform aesthetic and functional checks of the parts
Guarantee the quality and conformity of the operations performed
Work within teams organized in 2x8 or 3x8
