Supervisor Lingerie

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the cleanliness, order, and organization of the lingerie and the assigned areas
• Leadership and support of the lingerie team as well as introduction and training of new employees and temporary staff
• Receipt, issuance, and control of guest laundry, uniforms, and leasing laundry
• Ensuring correct inventory management and stocktaking of laundry and uniforms
• Cleaning, washing, ironing, and care of the laundry and uniforms that arise
• Ensuring a proactive laundry stock in cooperation with the Executive Housekeeper
• Control and compliance with our quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Control of the cleaning and hygiene checklists as well as immediate reporting of deviations
• Support in the organization and planning of the team
• If required, active assistance on the floors and in other housekeeping areas

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in the hotel industry or comparable experience
• Experience in 5-star luxury hotels or in a comparable function is an advantage
• Initial leadership experience or enjoyment in taking responsibility for a team
• Very good organizational skills and a strong eye for detail
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• Responsible handling of laundry, uniforms, machines, and materials
• Resilient, flexible, and team-oriented personality
