Automation Engineer / Project Manager (M/F) - 80-100% - PERMANENT POSITION

Your mission Present throughout French-speaking Switzerland, our client specializes in the design, implementation, and maintenance of automation solutions in various sectors: industry, pharmaceutical, energy, infrastructure, and environment. As an automation engineer or project manager, you will play a key role in the realization of ambitious technical projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Full management of automation projects, from study to commissioning - Definition of PLC architectures, supervision systems, and industrial networks - Programming (PLC, HMI, SCADA) and on-site validation - Technical coordination with clients and internal teams - Monitoring of schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables Your profile • Engineering degree (HES, EPF or equivalent) in automation, electricity, electronics, or a related field - Proven experience (5 to 10 years) in managing industrial automation projects - Solid knowledge of Siemens, Schneider, or equivalent PLCs - Ease in managing multidisciplinary projects and client contact - Team spirit, autonomy, and sense of responsibility - Good knowledge of French, German and/or English is an asset What our client offers: - Stimulating and varied projects in cutting-edge technological environments - A dynamic and field-oriented corporate culture - Great autonomy in the management of your activities - Flexible working conditions (80-100%) and a caring environment Start date: - 2026, to be agreed Who are we?
