Garnissage Group Manager (M/F)

*Introduction* ## For our Ebauches Sector, we are looking for a Group Manager (M/F) whose main mission will be to co-manage a group assigned to the garnissage operations of our components. *Responsibilities* ## • Guarantee industrial performance (quality, costs and deadline) and satisfy their customer • Ensure the adequacy between load and capacity according to production imperatives, and organize resources accordingly • Set objectives and monitor them, coordinate and energize ongoing actions • Drive their activity using operational excellence tools • Motivate and involve their team by communicating regularly on results as well as expectations, valuing successes and encouraging questioning • Optimize processes and working methods with a view to continuous improvement of profitability • Manage the operating budget and handle variances *Profile* ## • ES Technician diploma in business processes, engineer or equivalent training • Good knowledge of standard office tools (SAP and others) • Solid experience in management • Dynamic and unifying leadership • Autonomous and enterprising with an analytical and innovative spirit • Good interpersonal skills in order to effectively manage a team and allowing for transverse collaboration with other services *Conclusion* ## We offer you a stimulating environment, excellent working conditions, working time flexibilization solutions and first-class social benefits.
